Thousands of small businesses near you have no website. Ripple Lead Finder is a free app that finds them and gives you their phone number. Ripple Foundry then makes a real, live website for that exact business — with their own name already on it — as a single link you can send on WhatsApp. For the ones who already have a site, it scores what's wrong with it in ten seconds.
One command to start · Nothing uploaded · No account · No credit card
If you read
nothing else.
Three sentences. No technical words.
You get a list of real businesses
Pick a type of business and a town. Press one button. In about a minute you have a list of real shops, salons, garages and clinics that have no website — with their phone number, their address, and their Instagram if they have one.
You get something to send
Already have a site? One button scores it out of 100 and lists exactly what's broken. No site at all? The app builds a finished website with their name already on it. Either way you send a link, not an opinion.
They open a site that is already theirs
They aren't reading a pitch. They're looking at their own shop name on a real, working website. The question changes from "do I want a website?" to "can we make the logo bigger?"
Show them
the gap.
Half the businesses you find already have a website — it's just old, slow, and takes no bookings. One button runs 31 checks on it and hands you a score, the exact list of what's broken, and the sentence to open with.
What comes back
Thirty-one fixed rules. No AI, so the same site scored twice gives the same number — and every failure comes with the reason it costs them money.
Then you send two links
Both are pages on Ripple Foundry with their details already inside. Nothing is stored anywhere — the link carries everything.
Same 31 checks, laid out for them: what's failing, why it costs them enquiries, what fixing each one involves. Never indexed by Google, so their score can't turn up in a search.
Their name, their score, the scope, the timeline and the price — all inside the link, printable to PDF. The link is the quote, so nothing can quietly change later.
Six steps.
One afternoon.
Each step hands its result straight to the next one, so you are never left staring at a blank screen wondering what to do now.
Find them
Choose a trade — bakery, dentist, gym, anything from 258 options — and a town anywhere in the world. The app looks up real businesses and keeps only the ones with no website. Shops that have closed down are thrown out automatically, so you never pitch a locked door.
See who's worth it
Every business gets a score out of 100 for how easy it is to actually reach today. Has a phone? Has an email? Instagram still active? Owner's name known? The best ones float to the top of your list.
Make it personal
One click builds a demo website link carrying that business's own name, town and phone number. You never pick a template — a barber lead opens the barber site, a bakery opens the bakery site, automatically.
Send it
The message is already written, in a normal human voice, based on what that business is actually missing. Copy it, paste the link, send it from your own WhatsApp or email. Nothing is sent automatically — you stay in control, and you stay out of spam folders.
They reply
They tap the link and see a finished website with their name on it, and a matching admin dashboard showing what their bookings and sales could look like. Most replies start with a change request, not a "no thanks".
Get it live
Once they approve the look, the real site is live in four days. If they want more — a booking system, billing, stock, staff logins — that's three to six weeks, built on their own account so they own everything.
One finds them.
One impresses them.
They work on their own. Together they remove the two hardest parts of freelancing: finding someone who needs you, and proving you're any good before they've paid you a rupee.

One link.
Never breaks.
This is the part people ask about most, so here it is with nothing hidden. Type a business name below and watch the link build itself. The left side is the old, broken way. The right side is what the app actually gives you.
Try it — type a real business
Nothing is sent anywhere. This runs in your browser, exactly the way the app does it on your laptop.
Hi — I build websites for barbers in Leeds. I made you one already, have a look & tell me what to change.
The whole
feature list.
No asterisks, no "pro plan", nothing held back for a paid tier. This is all of it, free, in the app you download today.
01 Worldwide search
111 countries. Pick a country, then pick a town from a dropdown — you don't need to know how the town is spelled locally.
02 258 types of business
From bakeries and barbers to cricket academies, solar installers and driving schools. Grouped into 17 categories so it's easy to browse.
03 Only no-website businesses
That's the whole point. If they already have a working site, they never appear in your list.
04 Closed shops removed
Anything marked shut down, abandoned or permanently closed is filtered out before you see it.
05 Phone and email
Pulled straight from public map data, shown on the lead card, ready to copy.
06 WhatsApp chat links
The app works out which numbers are mobiles in that country and gives you a tap-to-chat link. No saving contacts first.
07 Instagram & Facebook check
Their social links are opened and checked live. You'll see live, broken, or honestly unknown — never a fake "dead".
08 Owner's name
When the public data has it, you get the actual person's name — so your message opens with "Hi Tom", not "Hi there".
09 A score out of 100
How easy is this one to reach today? Sorted so your best twenty are at the top and you're not scrolling for hours.
10 Freshness signal
Shows when that business's details were last checked. Recently updated means far more likely to still be open.
11 Four ready messages
WhatsApp DM, cold email, Instagram DM and a phone script — each written around what that specific business is missing.
12 Doesn't sound like a robot
39 stock AI phrases are banned outright. No "I hope this email finds you well". People can smell those instantly.
13 Your own AI key (optional)
Add an OpenAI, Claude or Grok key and every message gets rewritten uniquely. Skip it and you still get good templates — nothing is ever blank.
14 Writes in their language
English, Hindi, Hinglish and Spanish, with prices shown in the right currency for 38 markets.
15 Personalised demo links
Website link and dashboard link for every lead, each with its own copy button. Their name is already inside.
16 Manual link builder
Found someone off the app — a walk-in, a referral, someone on Instagram? Type their details in and get the same links instantly.
17 Business brief button
One click writes a full summary of that business, ending in a ready-to-paste prompt for any AI site builder.
18 Maps links
Verify, pin and Street View links for every lead, so you can see the actual shopfront before you call.
19 Shortlist with a star
Star the ones you'll message today. Starred leads jump to the top and get their own filter.
20 Pipeline board
Move each lead through New → Contacted → Replied → Won → Lost. See your win rate without a spreadsheet.
21 Filters that matter
Has phone, has email, has Instagram, verified live, owner known, fresh data, shortlist only. Mix and match.
22 Export to CSV
Take your list into Excel, Sheets or any CRM. Exports exactly what you're looking at, filters included.
23 Settings inside the app
Your name, portfolio link, agency name, language, AI key — all in a settings box. You never touch a terminal.
24 Free 31-check audit
For leads that already have a website: a score out of 100 across conversion, trust, Google, mobile and speed. Rule-based, so it gives the same answer twice.
25 The failing checks, ranked
Not an alphabetical list — sorted by what costs them the most money, so the top item is genuinely the thing to fix first.
26 An opening line, written
Built from their single biggest problem. One button copies it. No "I hope this email finds you well".
27 Shareable audit report
A read-only page with their score and their fixes. Send it as-is. Never indexed by Google.
28 Priced proposal links
Their name, their score, scope, timeline and price — all inside the link. Printable to PDF, in USD, INR, GBP, EUR or AED.
29 Bulk audit
Shortlist, top 5 or top 10 in one go, paced so the server doesn't throttle you.
30 Offline AI, if you want it
Run a free model on your own machine for extra message variations. Completely optional — templates work without it, and nothing is sent anywhere.
31 Nothing leaves your laptop
No account, no cloud, no tracking, no telemetry. Your leads live in one file on your own machine. Free under the MIT licence, forever.
What is
Foundry?
Short version: it's a shelf of 198 finished websites, one for nearly every kind of local business, plus a matching admin dashboard for each. You pick the right one off the shelf instead of starting from an empty page.
What the business gets
- A real websiteNot a picture of a website. A working one, on their own domain, on their phone and on a laptop.
- An admin dashboardThis is the part they didn't know they wanted: a private screen showing bookings, customers, sales and stock. Their own numbers, not guesswork.
- Live in four daysFrom "yes, go ahead" to a site people can visit. Not four weeks of emails.
- They own all of itBuilt on their own hosting account. No hostage situation, no monthly fee to keep their own site alive.
What you get out of it
- Something to show, before you're hiredYou're not selling a promise. The demo already exists and has their name on it.
- You skip the design workThe layout, the pages, the mobile version — already done. You change the colours, the words and the pictures.
- You can charge moreA website is a commodity. A website plus a dashboard that runs their bookings is not, and it prices completely differently.
- Any trade, instantlyAll 258 business types in Lead Finder map to a Foundry template. A dentist lead opens the dentist site. Nothing to pick.
Launch pricing while we take founding clients. Prices go up once the first ten are shipped.
Pick one
and copy it.
These are not customer reviews — we're taking founding clients right now and won't invent testimonials. These are the three routines the tools were actually built around.
The morning list
Search barbers in one small town. Star the five with a phone number. Copy the call script the app wrote. Start dialling before your coffee goes cold. Twenty minutes, five real conversations.
The Instagram angle
Filter to businesses with a live Instagram and no website. They already know marketing matters — they're posting every day. They just have nowhere to send anyone who's interested. That's the easiest conversation you'll have.
Demo first, ask later
Don't ask if they want a website. Build the demo link with their name in it and send it unasked. They open a finished site instead of a sales message. There's nothing to say no to — only something to react to.
Questions
people ask.
Including the awkward ones.
The app is free and always will be. The code is public on GitHub under the MIT licence, which means even if this website disappeared tomorrow, you could keep using it, change it, or sell what you build with it. There's no paid tier, no trial and no card. Foundry — the website building service — is the paid part, and it's completely optional. Plenty of people use the app and build the sites themselves.
No. You unzip the folder and run one command — ./start.sh — or just double-click start.command on a Mac. It installs everything it needs, checks it all works, and opens your browser. After that it's buttons and boxes. The one thing you need on your machine first is Python, which is a free two-minute download from python.org. If you get stuck, message us and we'll get you running.
OpenStreetMap — a public, community-built map of the world, the same data behind a lot of apps you already use. It's open data, free to use, and we credit it. We deliberately do not scrape Google. Scraping Google breaks their rules, stops working after a few dozen searches, and the code needed to do it breaks every few weeks. Map data is also structured, which matters: "has no website" is an actual field, so the filter is exact rather than a guess.
No, and that's on purpose. It writes the message and puts it on your clipboard — you send it yourself, from your own account. Auto-sending gets phone numbers banned and email domains blacklisted fast, and a business owner can tell a blast from a real message. The app removes the boring part, not the human part.
Nothing gets uploaded. There's no account to make and no server of ours involved. The app runs on your laptop and saves your leads to a single file on your own hard drive. The only time anything leaves your machine is when it looks up businesses on the public map, and if you choose to add your own AI key for message rewriting. Both are optional and both are visible in the code.
It depends on the town and the trade, and we'd rather say that than promise a number. A mid-sized city usually returns somewhere between a handful and a few dozen no-website businesses per trade. The honest advice: run five different trades in one town rather than one trade in five towns — you'll build a local reputation faster, and word travels between shop owners on the same street.
No, and it doesn't need to be. The details are encoded into a short code, which is a different thing from encryption — anyone determined can decode it. It exists so the link survives being pasted into WhatsApp, Instagram and SMS without breaking, and so names in Hindi or Arabic arrive intact. There's nothing secret inside it: it's the business's own name, town and phone, all of which are already public on their shopfront.
That's often the best lead, not the worst. Someone posting on Instagram every day already believes marketing works — they just have nowhere to send an interested customer, no way to take a booking at 11pm, and they don't own the audience. There's a filter for exactly this: live social, no website. That message writes itself.
Free, and nothing to install. It runs on the Foundry server, so the button works the moment you open the app. No signup, no card, no limit — you can run it on a competitor's site if you want. It uses no AI at all: 31 fixed rules, which is why the same site scored twice gives you the same number. An AI "audit" gives a different answer on a different day and can't tell you why.
Yes. Plenty of people run it to find suppliers, partners or local businesses to collaborate with. It's a list of real, currently-open local businesses with contact details — what you do with that is up to you. Please stay on the right side of the marketing rules where you live.
Free. One command.
Nothing to sign up for.
